By using Chroma, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Chroma for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for the photos you upload and the content you create.
You agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Use the service to create deepfakes or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
- Resell or redistribute our AI services
3. Subscription and Payments
Chroma offers free and paid (Pro) tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime through your platform's settings.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers. Contact hello@chroma.app within 7 days for a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them through AI for the purpose of providing the service. AI-generated outputs based on your photos belong to you.
All Chroma branding, app design, and AI models are our property and are protected by copyright laws.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs are generated based on your inputs. You are responsible for how you use them. We don't guarantee accuracy or appropriateness of AI outputs.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Chroma is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, except where required by law.
8. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service anytime by uninstalling the app.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
