• Photos you choose to enhance (processed temporarily, not stored)
• App usage analytics (anonymous)
• Subscription status (managed by Apple/Google)
• Optional feedback you submit

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide AI photo enhancement services
• Improve our app and AI models
• Process payments through Apple/Google
• Respond to your support requests

3. Photo Processing

Photos you upload are processed on our secure servers (Cloudflare) and our AI partners (DeepSeek, Replicate). Photos are deleted within 24 hours after processing. AI-generated results are cached temporarily for performance and automatically deleted after 30 days.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• AI processing partners (necessary for the service)
• Cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare)
• Payment processors (Apple, Google)
• Analytics services (anonymous data only)

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Delete your data
• Cancel your subscription anytime
• Opt out of analytics

6. Children's Privacy

Chroma is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app.
